Hi! Thanks for sharing a slice of your precious time with us!
I’m Dee Valdez, affectionately know as Gluten Free Dee on Twitter and in Gluten Free circles. I’ve reemerged in the gluten free world after a long absence and did so only after I realized there were so many GREAT things going on for us!
I’m here for 3 reasons:
1) To offer encouragement and connections to anyone with a gluten intolerance or Celiac Disease* and help you tell your story
2) Influence product and service providers to meet and exceed our* needs and be richly rewarded for doing so
3) Empower the everyday consumer to raise the bar on gluten free products designed for us by taking everything back that is not worth the money
*= those with Celiac Disease of a Gluten Intolerance
